We provide hearing screenings from birth and our full services from 2 to 22 years of age. 

You often need a referral if you are using insurance, including Medicaid. You will not need a referral if you are self-pay and not planning to request reimbursement through an insurance policy. 

Yes, we are in network with Aetna and United Healthcare, and we accept Georgia Medicaid with plans to expand based on the needs of our community. 

Check with your insurance policy:

• Some audiology services are considered preventative for children and don't require meeting your deductible first. 
• If we are not in network with your plan, you may still be able to receive reimbursement if you have out of network benefits.  
• Some plans do not cover auditory therapy. 

The fees for a visit will vary based on the concerns and the age and development of the child or teen. In general, full evaluations range from $170-210. Screenings between $85-145.
